1. Introduction

The website https://editperfectly.com (the "Website") is operated by Edit Perfectly s.r.o., Company ID: 06644694, registered office nám. Svobody 527, 739 61 Třinec, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava under file no. C 72734 (the "Operator"). By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

User – any natural or legal person using the Website.

Services – all functions of the Website, in particular automatic and manual photo editing, retouching, background removal, AI tools, etc.

3. Subject of the Services

The Website enables uploading of photographs and use of editing tools. The Operator is not responsible for the content of uploaded files.

4. User Account

Registration is required for certain Services. The User is obliged to provide truthful data and protect login credentials.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Services may be subject to fees according to the current price list on the Website. All prices include VAT. Payments are processed via the Stripe and/or GoPay payment gateways.

6. License to Uploaded Photographs

By uploading a photograph, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited exclusively to the technical processing necessary to provide the Services (editing, compression, temporary storage). The Operator acquires no rights to any further use (sale, marketing, etc.).

7. Copyright and User Responsibility

The User represents and warrants that they hold all rights to the uploaded photographs and that their processing does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws, in particular copyright and personality rights.

8. Operator's Liability

The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused by improper use of the Services, service outages, loss of data beyond performed backups, or the content of uploaded files.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available here.

10. Withdrawal and Complaints

For digital services provided immediately (automatic editing), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 1837(a) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email or via a notice on the Website.
